I enjoyed Batman Begins just as much the second time, though I still have problems with the shape and sheer size of the cowl - the ears are too close together, just like the werewolves in Van Helsing. It was cool to see it in the monumental surrounds of Graumann's Chinese Theater, and, to make the event perfect, Phil and Shireen took me to Hooters for lunch (my first time). It was a curious experience. Good food, but the people who bring their families in there disturb me somewhat...

Speaking of lunch, please check out Del's new website, The Iterated Chef. It's a collection of simple and reheatable recipes, aimed at the thrifty and otherwise preoccupied grad student. He is hungry for submissions from one and all.
I finished playing back through Jade Empire, this time following the Path of the Closed Fist. The things you are forced to do are so horribly evil! It all left me feeling very conflicted. Call me a romantic, but I think I much preferred playing through the game as the hero. Apparently I'm just not cut out to be a tyrant of darkness.
