So it looks like it's pretty much sewn up for Bush, unless Ohio unexpectedly swings Kerrywards. I find it somewhat ridiculous he's going to win again, and by a clear majority, but it's also hard for me to get too worked up about a system I have no personal stake in. Maybe if they ever let me vote here, I shall feel different, but for now I shall simply shrug my shoulders and hope Governor Schwarzenegger can protect us (in exchange for our stem cells).

In a shocking piece of good news, my camera started working again this morning. I reseated the memory card and batteries, and this time it turned on. Which is odd, because the Radio Shack guy did exactly the same thing on Saturday. But who am I to complain about good news? Though I must confess I was getting a little excited at the prospect of its replacement ;) Still, maybe now I can afford to invest in that Applecare thingy which will guarantee that the device upon which I am presently typing will last another two years...
